Product enquiries are handled personally through our official WhatsApp account. Availability, delivery address, payment method and total are confirmed before an order is finalized. A confirmed order receives a written confirmation and order reference.

Each piece is handmade. Product photographs and descriptions communicate the design, while natural handmade variation may occur.

Customer accounts are protected by sign-in credentials and verified email identity. Do not share your password or reset links.

Dispatch timing, courier availability and delivery estimates are confirmed personally before an order is finalized. Eligibility, inspection and any refund outcome are confirmed under the Returns & Refunds Policy before a return is finalized.
